My praxis and consultancy are rooted in the belief that communities have always possessed the wisdom and knowledge needed to create transformational, justice-driven change. As a social impact consultant, I harness the power of community-building to build bridges between communities and mission-driven organizations that lead to sustainable community-informed roadmaps and solutions.

My work is intended to augment the growing body of movement-building and social corporate responsibility work happening in Oregon and across the globe. My role as a social impact consultant is to build on the foundation of participatory liberation work designed and modeled by Black, Indigenous, and community leaders of color throughout history. Leaning into their wisdom and teachings, I strive to devise regenerative, trauma-informed, and antiracist best practices for exploring, designing, and implementing social impact work that truly serves us all.

Social Impact Strategy

I develop highly customized frameworks and roadmaps for organizations, helping them identify, invest in, and courageously act on their core social impact goal(s)—while centering the needs of communities most impacted by intersectional oppression.

Engagement Design + Implementation

Rooted in regenerative design, I create blueprints for authentically engaging and involving communities in the planning and decision-making process of social impact projects. Using that blueprint, I lead implementation for community/stakeholder outreach and engagement, in alignment with my core principles and antiracist best practices.

Qualitative Research

Melding together textual and ethnographic research methodologies, I design, implement, and analyze qualitative research activities—including multilingual surveys, focus groups, stakeholder interviews and more— to help organizations better understand, create calls-to-action, and authentically respond to the perceptions, attitudes, motivations, and needs of their key audiences and stakeholders.

Strategic Communications

Using a research-first, audience-centered approach, I develop cutting-edge, trauma-informed and culturally-resonant communications strategies and best practices for social impact projects, field and digital campaigns, technical assistance initiatives, long-range movement building, and more.

Strategic Planning

Using an organization's mission and values as its north star, I support C-Suite leadership and their teams with the developing sustainable strategies and approaches that improve and strengthen their programmatic and operational work, in alignment with their renewed vision.

Inclusive Facilitation

I use the art + science of inclusive facilitation to coalesce communities and organizations – guiding them from problem, to solution, to action.

Event Moderation

My values of humor + humility take center stage during event moderation, public speaking engagements, and audience activation. I emcee conferences, social and fundraising events, hybrid panels, and more – using an inclusive, high-energy approach. My project management-based event planning and coordination expertise will ensure your audience (and event team) have a positive, memorable experience.

Executive Coaching + Mentoring

As an empathic, people-first leader, I provide personalized coaching for C-Suite executives and managers to support them in becoming more equitable, motivating, and effective leaders. For budding young professionals, I offer highly customized mentoring sessions and curriculum to help take their skills and career to the next level.
